1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Participant," "you," or "your") and Coin Fern ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") regarding your participation in our financial education programs and use of our services.

By enrolling in any of our programs, accessing our website, or engaging with our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not enroll in our programs or use our services.

2. Definitions

• "Services" refers to all financial education programs, workshops, courses, mentorship sessions, and related educational materials provided by Coin Fern.
• "Participant" refers to any individual enrolled in or attending our educational programs.
• "Enrollment" refers to the process of registering for and being accepted into one of our programs.
• "Program Materials" refers to worksheets, templates, guides, and other educational resources provided during programs.

3. Eligibility

To enroll in our programs, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Provide accurate and complete information during the enrollment process
• Agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to verify eligibility and refuse enrollment to any individual who does not meet these requirements.

4. Program Enrollment and Fees

4.1 Enrollment Process

Enrollment is completed when you submit a registration form and receive written confirmation from us. Enrollment is subject to program availability and our acceptance.

4.2 Program Fees

Program fees are displayed in Thai Baht (฿) and must be paid in full before program commencement unless alternative payment arrangements have been agreed upon in writing. Current program fees are:

• Financial Foundations Workshop: ฿5,500
• Retirement Planning Program: ฿18,000
• Comprehensive Financial Literacy Mentorship: ฿48,000

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, or other methods as communicated during enrollment. All fees are inclusive of program materials and resources unless otherwise specified.

4.4 Refund Policy

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the program start date qualify for a full refund minus a ฿500 administrative fee. Cancellations made 7 days or fewer before the program start date are non-refundable. If we cancel a program for any reason, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another session.

5. Program Participation

5.1 Attendance and Engagement

Participants are expected to attend all scheduled sessions. If you miss a session, we will provide materials when possible but cannot guarantee equivalent instruction. Excessive absences may result in program dismissal without refund.

5.2 Conduct Expectations

Participants must conduct themselves respectfully toward instructors and other participants. Disruptive behavior, harassment, or violations of our code of conduct may result in immediate removal from the program without refund.

5.3 Confidentiality in Group Settings

In group programs, participants may hear others discuss their financial situations. You agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any personal information shared by other participants during sessions.

6. Educational Nature of Services

Our programs provide financial education only. We do not provide personalized financial advice, investment recommendations, or professional financial planning services. The information presented is for educational purposes and should not be considered as:

• Financial advice tailored to your specific circumstances
• Recommendations to buy or sell specific financial products
• Professional tax, legal, or accounting guidance
• Endorsement of any particular financial institution or product

Participants should consult with licensed financial advisors, tax professionals, or legal counsel for personalized advice regarding their individual situations.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Content

All program materials, curriculum content, worksheets, templates, and other educational resources are the intellectual property of Coin Fern and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Participants receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use program materials for personal educational purposes only.

7.2 Prohibited Uses

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit our program materials without our prior written permission. You may not use our materials to provide financial education services to others.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

8.1 No Results Guarantee

While we strive to provide high-quality educational content, we make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or results from participation in our programs. Financial success depends on many factors beyond education, including individual circumstances, economic conditions, and personal decisions.

8.2 Information Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to ensure information presented in our programs is accurate and current. However, financial regulations, tax laws, and investment products change frequently. We are not responsible for any decisions made based on outdated information.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coin Fern's liability for any claim arising from your participation in our programs is limited to the amount of fees you paid for that specific program. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Coin Fern, its instructors, employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of program materials.

10. Program Modifications and Cancellations

We reserve the right to modify program content, schedules, or instructors as needed. We will notify participants of significant changes as soon as reasonably possible. In cases where we must cancel a program, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative session.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your participation in any program if you violate these Terms, engage in disruptive behavior, or for any other reason we deem appropriate. In cases of termination for cause, no refund will be provided.

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Informal Resolution

13.2 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any legal disputes arising from these Terms or your participation in our programs shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. When we make significant changes, we will notify you via email or by posting a notice on our website. The "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms indicates when they were most recently revised. Your continued participation in programs after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Coin Fern regarding your participation in our programs and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
